We are a self help peer support and resource center for people who have or are experiencing mental health and addiction issues, including Substance and Alcohol abuse.

• February calendar is out have a look at it.
• On days with bad weather call in to the center by for coming in, as the center maybe shout down for bad weather.
• I have started work on digital copies of all the PSP workshop for down load on the website.
• Do to monetary concerns all workshops for February are cancelled
