C.B.T is a group that is designed to help people break down negative thoughts and beliefs that negatively affect our lives. The goal of C.B.T is to change these thoughts into a more balanced way of thinking which can lead to change in all aspects of our lives C.B.T has been used to help people living with depression, panic anxiety, anger Stress-related disorders, relationship problems, substance abuse and eating disorders.
